Dr. Abdullah Bin Saleh Al Naeem
Chairman
Dr. Abdullah brings together a strong record of academic excellence, entrepreneurial leadership, and a long-standing commitment to community development, offering a diverse and purpose-driven perspective to the organisation. Also board member of The DDC Group, independent non-executive director.
EDUCATION
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Saudi Arabia and two Master’s degrees from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK: one in Financial Management and another in Advanced Accounting and Financial Risk Management, both awarded with distinction. He also holds a PhD in Political Economic Management, further deepening his expertise in finance, economics and public sector development. Over the past decade, he has founded and led several ventures across key sectors:
▪ Accounting and Financial Consulting – As the founder of EDRAK Global, he oversees financial consultancy operations across five countries.
▪ Real Estate Development – Through Eamar Development UK Group (established in 2013), he has been actively engaged in delivering sustainable and innovative real estate solutions in the UK and internationally. In 2025, Eamar Development (UK) was honoured with the “Best Arabreneur in the UK” award by the House of Lords.
▪ Sports Investment and Social Responsibility – Building on his family’s legacy, he has initiated programmes in Saudi Arabia, the UK and Egypt that leverage the power of sport to promote social cohesion, youth empowerment and community
engagement.

Dr. Sayed Salem
CEO
Dr. Sayed has over 25 years progressive experience across multiple sectors in accounting, audit, tax and advisory. He began his professional career in 1997 with KPMG and went on to hold senior roles with other leading audit firms, including PwC and Mazars. He later assumed senior finance and governance positions with major international organisations such as Qatar Energy, Drake & Scull, and Manchester City F.C. CITC. Beyond his professional role, he serves as a Board Member, Trustee, and Governor for several organisations and educational institutions in the UK.
EDUCATION
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Certified Accountant Practitioner. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI) in the UK, a Certified International Public Accountant with the League of Arab States, a Member of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA), a Chartered Accountant registered in the Register of Accountants and Auditors at the Egyptian Ministry of Finance, and a Certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems.
He holds a PhD in Global Business Strategies and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Crisis Management and Leadership from Cranfield University, UK.
His expertise spans audit, advisory, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, financial due diligence, and IPO support.
